I contacted Jason as my parents kitchen sink was clogged. He not only helped unclog the sink but gave tips on how to clean to prevent build up in the future. Jason is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and honest, he would never sell/pressure you on work that is not required. He recommended and helped us with replacing a pipe so the water can flow better along with the cap/lid as that was previously removed by another company. We also did a hydro jet drain clean as well just in case there was any grease buildup from the past and to ensure we dont run into any issues. We highly recommend Jason if you need any plumbing work and you wont regret this choice! We will definitely be reaching out to Jason for any future plumbing work!

I called Budget Rooter regarding my leaking bathroom faucet and Jason responded promptly with a very competitive quote. He replaced my faucets as well as my main water inlet valve which had some problems. He did a great cleanup after the job leaving no mess or puddles!

We had a clogged up kitchen sink. I found Budget Rooter on homestars and based on the reviews, gave Jason a call. He showed up on the same day, was polite, courteous and very educated on the problem. We discovered that the main drain in the basement was full of hardened grease and gunk that built up over time. Jason cleaned it out with the drain snake, ran multiple tests and allowed us to watch and learn. He cleaned up and did not leave any kind of mess. He gave us tips on how to keep it from happening again and his price was very reasonable. I would definitely call Jason again should there be any more plumbing issues. A pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.
