As designers, our deck project was ambitious and presented specific challenges not typically encountered. Art and his team did an amazing job. I didn’t have to lift a finger or lend a tool. From start to finish they were professional , cleaned up every night after they were finished. My 2 decks one off my kitchen and one off my master bedroom. Done as promised in 6 days. I would recommend Art to anyone.

We found Art on Homestars, and based on the strength of his reviews decided to call him to set up a consultation for a new deck. Art was flexible and accommodating; agreeing to meet my husband and I on 2 separate occasions in the evening after our children were asleep. We articulated to Art what we were hoping to achieve and he was able to conceptualize the plan and steer us towards a design that was within our budget and met the aesthetic we were hoping to realize.

A tentative start date was scheduled and Art followed up a few days prior to commencement to firm up the day. From start to finish, construction took less than a week, and Art was on site to walk us through any questions or concerns we had. Once complete, Art ensured we were happy with the finished product and cleaned up our backyard of all construction materials and waste.

My husband and I are very happy with our new deck and we can’t thank Art enough for his teams’ great work. We would highly recommend.

Demex completed our Deck in the fall of 2018. I can't say enough about Demex and specifically Art. From first contact Art was honest and straightforward. I was very skeptical at first because we had contacted many contractors that didn't follow through with their bids or they weren't interested in our project because it was a balcony deck with a structure / addition that complicated the project. Art explained his approach and always answered our questions. He worked with us until the project was completed in a timely manner. He was transparent and fair in his budgeting and we love our finished deck. I highly recommend Demex.

The guys built us a brand new 27x16 deck with a privacy screen and did an amazing job! They are fast working, professional and very reasonably priced. Will do any future projects with only This company! Simply the best! Highly recommend!!!
