He was patient enough to hear out our request multiple times and gave great suggestions to keeping our initial requests in mind. His first visit to our house was to go over the installation plan. On the second visit the actual installation happened. Our house looked beautiful after Philip and the team installed the pot lights. The ideas shared by Philip made the house even more beautiful. Philip did a great job installing our light fixtures at the house. (Kitchen and main hallway) We are very happy with the work done by Philip and his team. I wanted to hire someone local, and found Dr Pot Light here. Philip answered the phone immediately, and was so pleasant to talk to. He listened to what what I wanted, educated me on a few things about pot lights, gave me his price and said my 17 ft foyer would be no problem. He came twice to our home to plan out the work, and started the job earlier than he said he would. Originally I only wanted pot lights in my foyer and the living and family rooms that had no ceiling lights at all. We were so impressed with Philip’s work and how beautiful the lights looked, that we ended up doing almost the whole house, including getting rid of out dated ceiling fixtures. We were looking to brighten up our dark kitchen, with some pot lights. I called a couple companies , but being a small job I either got no response or not interested. I called Phil (Dr. Potlight) and had a wonderful conversation. He took his time and explained a lot. He came quickly to look at the job, and spent time going through options and his vision of what would work best. We went with his suggestions (like deleting the old fixtures) and couldn’t be happier!! Phil is just overall a very nice person, and very professional.

Phil and his team did an excellent job for my project. It was not easy one since I had to install wood plank on my ceiling. I was unsure about the approach I should take to kick start and get a contractor who really would understand the outcome. Make sure you check the photos..!! He came in and made it feel so easy and walked me thru how we should get this done. He was so patient, meticulous and flexible in handling this task! Very respectful of the time and always put safely first!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Philip and the pot lights he installed in our house. He was very helpful in explaining the options available and provided his professional advice on the number, location and type of pot lights. The room he installed them in was 17 feet tall and he did so quickly, carefully and without any mess. He installed both a dimmer switch on the upper floor and lower floor for us.
