We had a sewage backup in our old home on a Sunday. Did a Google search and found Sewerheroes. Gave them a call and Joe was at our door within the hour. He took extra care working with our clean out drain as it was in a finished part of the basement and he ended up leaving the area cleaner than when he arrived. Unfortunately the issue was a collapsed drain requiring the City to come fix it, but Joe took care of the calls with the city and followed up to ensure we were back up and running. Very professional and although I hope we never need his services again, if we do we know who we will be contacting. Highly recommended!

Joe was very professional and on time. To accommodate me he came in early and was done in under an hour. I appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me on expensive procedures that were unnecessary. From our brief conversation it was obvious he has a lot of experience in his work. I felt comfortable inviting him into my home and would recommend him to friends and family. We discovered a sewer backup in our basement and called Sewerheroes after checking Homestars reviews. Joey arrived within 45 minutes and was able to get through the muck and clear the main sewer line for us within an hour. What a relief. Joey was very personable and professional - took care coming in and out of the house, and even offered to come back at no charge if the line blocked again within a week. Would recommend with no hesitation.
