I called the company because of the number of dead branches in my oak tree, a couple of which were threatening my neighbours house. First James came out to provide an estimate. He showed up on time, was very friendly, and explained what he thought had happened to cause the number of dead limbs. He gave me an hourly rate for the work to be done as the extent of the damage couldn’t be accurately assessed due to height and blockage. His friendly, professional team showed up when scheduled (a few days later) and worked quickly to clear all the dead branches. They were very careful to avoid damage anywhere else. They were done sooner than I expected and did a thorough job of cleaning up after themselves. I will definitely have them back whenever I need them and would recommend then to anyone needing tree services.

From start to finish, highly professional. The quote was prompt and reasonably priced.The work crew came on time and were competent and efficient. James was so awesome from the moment he came by to assess the job. We had a massive Manitoba Maple that needed to be removed and he did all the paperwork to submit to the city for permit and was so quick with getting it completed. He’s professional, honest, personable and so quick to respond. His team is also incredibly professional (I had neighbours comment on how great they were) and they leave the job site clean. James was professional and friendly from first contact until our job was done. He came out the following day to look at our large locust tree in our backyard which had a large seeping limb and other dead limbs that needed to be removed as they were over our house. James provided us with a quote the following day and arranged for his services the following week. On the day of, James' two workers arrived on time, were friendly, efficient and took the time to talk to us about what they had done to the tree. Our backyard and driveway were cleaned up well from debris and branches. James sent a follow-up email to make sure that we were satisfied with the work. I have a beautiful Japanese maple tree that has been suffering from tree die back. I called James and he was quick to come, assess the tree and do the required pruning. He was extremely personable, helpful and knowledgable and was more than happy to explain what was happening and what had to be done. He also provided advice on what to do to maintain the health of the tree. I highly recommend James and his company, and would give him 11 stars if I could!

We have a large cedar hedge that had not been pruned for several years. Dustin and Jason did an amazing job, the hedge has never looked so good. We also had a fruit tree that was dying, they cut it down and removed all the debris. I would be happy to recommend this company.

Very professional and knowledgeable. The two arborist pruned back trees from out roof and also identified damaged parts of our roof from the branches. We asked if they could cut down a dead bush and they did that on the spot. All yard waste where taken away including branches that we cut ourselves. Great service would highly recommend.

We had 2 small trees in our backyard removed and one in the front trimmed back from the house.
The crew were professional and polite. Cleaned up afterwards to the point you wouldn't know they were here. Highly recommend them.

Thank you for making trimming of our hedges as easy as possible, right in the middle of a busy time for our family. Quote was done without us needing to be home, as was the service itself.
