Before MacEireann Contracting came onto the scene, we were in a deep hole. Literally! Our foundation for our addition was full of water (too small for a pool or skating rink) and backed up to a mound of dirt that cut off our whole back yard. City inspectors would not approve the work and we were in a financial, emotional and legal hole as well.
Once MacEireann came onto the scene, it was instant relief. Before they put a shovel in the ground, we had thoroughly discussed matters and had agreed on a detailed budget, timeline and process. After they started, we literally did not lift a finger since they built with quality, on time, and with materials they procured and brought to site. After they finished the contracted job, they fixed numerous other things in the existing house, in the same timely, quality and reasonable manner as the main job.
We were totally lost, found them through friends, and we were saved. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
