The work I had done was completed last summer. I thought it was a half decent job, but I was wrong. They broke my railing and although they promised to replace it, they never came back. I called Sal once and he said "I told you I would replace it and I will", never did. I had another contractor out doing other work for me and he said the job was crap. Over winter the whole staircase became an ice block and my friend slipped and broke her tailbone. This was partly due to me since I hadn't replaced the broken handrail but also because it wasn't done correctly and the snow melted and seemed to come up through the stairs and freeze, encasing the whole staircase in ice. I never wanted to complain about this but it really left a sick feeling within me.

Hi Ms Angela we do appoligize for the non replacement of your railing but our concern is your staircase and porch. we do garantee our work for 3 years but you didn't call once this year to tell me about the "poor work that you mentioned we did last year". Please if you're intrested we can set a meeting to assess the issue.
