Student Works Window Cleaning

Excellent experience with Student Works. My windows have never been cleaner.
We had an issue during the service that some of the screen frames were cracked when they were removed for cleaning. Dylan from Student Works ensured that these were fixed to their original condition.

I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again.

The crew arrived promptly and worked straight through the day. They were curtious, polite and respectful when it came to my home and my family. I highly recommend them to work on anyone home or business.

I needed my windows and gutters cleaned. The crew, including the sales woman, was very open, honest, and answered any questions or concerns thoroughly. They did a great job.

I am very happy that we hired Student Works services. The team manager Kellie managed and planned the work. The job (cleaning windows, cleaning gutters, and installing leaf guards) was done very well. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised by the students'' manner on the job. Great work by a great team.

A 2-story house in the woods with lots of skylights isnt often a window-cleaners dream. Colleen and her team cleaned the exterior, interior, eaves and frames so the house shone like new. It was quite exciting to be able to look out all windows with clarity and see leaf structure. While our skylights had never leaked, from our bathroom window you could see the green mossy rim around each, which we didnt have the talent to remove. Colleen removed all the green and theyre a pleasure to see. Several days later, we had 116 guests for a tour of our gardens, and visitors commented on our sparkle. They were thorough and conscientious. Id call Colleen again.

The team of 4 including Nathan were very thorough in their work. They were very friendly and didnt hesitate to give us updates on the cleaning, etc. We got before and after pictures so we knew what to expect. Great Teamwork and we would definitely recommend them, actually already have.

Terrible service right from the get-go. As per my contract, I was supposed to get my windows cleaned in May. We are now in mid July and I have not been able to schedule a day with my operator. I've gotten nothing but the run around the entire time. I almost started thinking this whole company was not legit!. The lack of communication/response has been very unprofessional. Not a way to run a business guys!. I was even told that I could not contact his supervisor/manager directly to file a complaint and request my deposit back. Thankfully, one of the admin people did finally provide me with her email and I emailed today. Let's see if I hear back. If not, I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB. Not reliable. Buyers Beware.
