Called Frank Dutra after the big rain storm and found 6" of water in my crawl space. He came over that day and had a look to see how bad it was. He suggested we wait a week and see if the water goes down and it did. The flood was ground water coming up through the dirt floor. We decided to put the sump pump in as an insurance against any further problems. He and his son did a fantastic job of both the installation and keeping the house clean with drop cloths. Also did the wiring of the pump electrical receptacle. Great price and service
