Julie at Arlo was amazing. From start to finish her level of care and skill were second to none. We had a somewhat guesswork project and she made it seem elementary in practice. My wife was comfortable instantly and has made a new friend. I was impressed with the commitment to follow up after the job. Julie called and came by to touch up a spot, however she arrived to more than a touch up spot. I had noticed a couple small things that we all missed from the get go. She touched up everything in minutes. It's hard to find good hearted people with great skills. Julie at Arlo deserves the highest of ratings and should be considered first for your project.

We seriously could not be happier with how this project turned out. We went from a tub/shower to just a walk in shower. Tiled the floors & wall. We were out of town for the 1st week & trusted them to be alone in our home. They even shoveled our driveway. So easy to communicate with & they were so nice even when we were asking for new things to be added.

Tom and team did a great job installing hardwood flooring and tile on the main level of my house to create a more consistent look throughout. Tom provided a professional and competitive quote - which he delivered with no surprises. Removal of old flooring, installation and clean up done in a timely manner with the least amount of disruption to the house throughout the project. Very happy with my new flooring. Looks great and would recommend to others.

Ripped out okd carpets in basement , stairs and top floor main bedrooms and replaced with hardwood flooring new carpets and vinyl planking in basement.
