Chris, Dustin and team were amazing. I can't say enough about the professional and knowledgeable service. They installed the same unit and warranty at a fraction of the competitor prices.

We are a seemingly normal family of 4, who drive Hondas, live in a 2500 sqft home, and have no previous connection with TEK Climate. We were running 3 separate portable air conditioning units in our bedrooms before having central air installed by TEK Climate. We saw TEKs promotion on Facebook and decided to contact them for an estimate. We had Ryan over and he was very personable, explained the process/models very clearly, and was not pushy in anyway. We spent the next week calling Ryan and Chris with numerous phone calls asking questions. The number of phone calls may have begun to get annoying to most people, however, each phone call/question was patiently answered in great detail. There was a point when we were deciding between 2 models, Ryan recommended that we get the cheaper one as he reported they were both virtually the same, but the lower priced model would save us $150. This was a true testament of their devotion to the customer, as they valued my satisfaction over their bottom line.

On install day, the team arrived on time, consulted the process with us, respected the home, and cleaned up after themselves. I am a pretty picky person who likes jobs done right. TEK met my strict standards; for example, the install was straight, beads of caulking were smooth, and taped areas was smooth and free of wrinkles.

Oh ya, and our house is icy cold! 

Had the crew out from Tek Climate today and they did a great job. Very knowledgeable in the field. I’m always concerned bringing people into our home to do work but they were in, did the install and answered any questions I had. We went with the 2 ton Lennox 13ACX system in our 1800sqft 3 storey townhouse. Thx again Chris, Tim and Carson. I would definitely recommend Tek to others. It hasn’t been too hot out yet but we have cooled our house to a comfy temp and really enjoy the ac.

From the moment I contacted Ryan and his team, they were so responsive. Chris came to complete a quote for us within days and by the following week we had a complete AC system installed. We previously had quotes from other companies and Tek Air was the most competitive, and I never felt like they were trying to push any product on us that we didn’t need. Chris was very knowledgeable and thorough with his quote, and the installation team was fantastic. I highly recommend these guys!

Christopher is a very competent and co-operative tradesman and his able and pleasant younger assistant was also very responsive to questions and was very polite and well mannered. All in one day. they did an excellent job of fixing our furnace which needed new parts and also installed a very nice-looking Air Conditioner and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to any future customer who was a bit nervous about whom to hire. Everything was left neat and tidy after the job which was a good factor to me also, being over 80 years old.
