Titan was very quick to respond to my email for a quote.
They came within 3 hours and replaced the broken torsion spring.
Fixed in less than 45 minutes.

The tech communicated what needed to be done and was actually less than the budgetary quote on the phone.

The technician kept me informed of his projected arrival time, due to unexpected delays caused by a traffic problem. Upon arrival, he quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door, showed me what was broken (to prove that his diagnosis was correct), found out what caused it to be broken, and fixed both the cause and what was broken quickly. The price was reasonable.

Eli is an excellent tech. Friendly, knowledgeable and very competent. I highly recommend this company. Eli identified the issue quickly abd was able to resolve the problem. I setup my appt by email and response was quick!

Awesome service from Eli! Arrived on time as per the phone call for ETA. Extremely professional and awesome workmanship. He also helped re-adjust the doors to my satisfaction so that it can be completely flat and flush when fully closed. Tightened up the chain eliminating all slack which occurred over the years.

Also showed where and what to lubricate with specialized door garage lubricant (Can be purchased as Canadian Tire) twice a year for general DYI maintenance.

My garage door opener stopped working late on a Saturday afternoon. I called Titan Garage Doors and they told me a technician could come by on Sunday morning. At 9 am on Sunday morning Eli called and said he would be there shortly. He arrived, assessed the problem, took the opener apart and showed me the worn out gear. He explained my options, answered all my questions and gave me an estimate of the cost. He did not have a replacement part with him but told me he would return in the evening if that was agreeable. In the pouring rain on Sunday night at 8 pm he came back, replaced the part, made a few adjustments, and fixed a squeal that I had mentioned was driving me nuts. The cost was exactly what he had quoted. Eli was knowledgeable, efficient, highly skilled, professional and friendly. I would recommend Eli and Titan Garage Doors to anyone with no hesitation. It doesn't get any better than that for excellent service.

When my garage door broke down I called Titan Garage Doors at 8am Monday morning. At 10:55 am Eli arrived and fixed the problem. He also installed new rollers at my request. He was polite and super efficient. I have recommended to my strata council that we use Titan for all our garage repairs! Excellent!
