Don't let the relatively low number of reviews compared to the big dogs make you hesitant on using Alibaba. Hicham, the owner/operator, did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. He gave me a call immediately after receiving my request for a quote. He then showed up a few hours later, on time, was very friendly, and efficiently replaced two springs. After replacing the springs, he went above and beyond by voluntarily tightening up loose bolts on the garage door itself and lubricating the rollers. Finally, he drove me to the bank and back because I didn't have enough money on hand. Overall, I was very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to use Hicham again in the future.

I’ll be brief, Hicham arrived on time and immediately went to work disassembling the old door. You can’t teach experience and he has it. There are few problems he would need to resolve that he hasn’t seen before. The work was very professional including clean up at the end.
