Contacted four plumbers for this job. All online plumbers (including Alex) recommended snaking, but I thought the air admittance value might be the problem. Alex came promptly on Monday (one day after contact), assessed the probem - ineffective air admittance valve - and replaced in a very short time. I am very happy with his service and professionalism.

Alex came over the same day we called. He was very friendly, explained what he was doing, inspected his work, went the extra mile to iron out another problem he found, then reinspected. Will definitely call him again next time!

Alex did great job fixing Shower and In Floor Heating which was malfunctioning.

I discovered a leak in the pipes underneath the kitchen sink on Saturday morning. Kozak Plumbing was quick to respond, very knowledgeable and friendly; all in all a very pleasant experience; the issue was resolved within a few hours.

Our under-mount kitchen sink collapsed suddenly, with no warning. Alex responded quickly and explained his process and provided an estimate. Our two-piece bathroom needed work. The toilet was leaking and the vanity sink wouldn't drain. We have very outdated appliances and we were dreading having to get it all done.
