This review is actually about two separate jobs combined into one. We liked working with Ilia so much that we went back to him again a year later.
Ilia is very hands-on and attentive. His team replaced all of our house windows with modern well-insulated windows, and we added a floor-to-ceiling patio walkout. His pricing is extremely fair, especially for the quality we got. We talked to several window suppliers and they all have very similar inventory but Ilia was consistently the best to work with and offered the most competitive pricing.
At one point we had some issues with a latch, and he came over immediately with his personal tool bag to try and fix it. When we couldn't get it working, he got the window manufacturer to come replace the entire mechanism.
It's comforting to feel that if there are any surprises, Ilia will make it right! We've run out of windows to replace, but we'll definitely use Window Depot Canada again if we can.
