Our garage door wouldn't open and we had no way of opening it, as we lost the emergency key to open it manually. ARJ drilled out the old emergency manual key mechanism, installed a new one and gave us our own keys. He also diagnosed the original problem right away. I inadvertently pressed the "lock" button on the garage. That allowed us to close the door but prevented us from opening it again with the remote. ARJ was at my home within the hour, fixed the problem, and the price was very reasonable. Nice guy. Personable. Honest. Highly recommend.
