This company installed approx 4 units within our 40 unit building in which all owners and those in the adjacent units have only experienced unbearable noise levels 2-3 times greater than the units that where removed. They attempted to remedy the situation but basically ran out of options fir remedy. In one situation their installer forgot to instal the drain tube and the unit below then experienced water damage that required professional repair and at some cost to that owner.
