We've been calling around all day for a company that does small urgent masonry repair work and David's company came up as highly recommended. He picked up the phone right away and very honestly let me know upfront that unfortunately he doensn't deal in that area of work, but if I'm not too sure of what the other companies are telling me I can call him again and just get some advice from him. He sounded very friendly on the phone and showed a lot of integrity and genuinely cared about our problems despite not being able to directly assist us or earn any money on this. David exuded positive energy and it's such a breath of fresh air! I chatted a bit with him and it did a lot to relieve the stress of not being able to find a contractor to do this job. David came to my home prepared and on time. He was efficient in doing all the repairs I needed done in the house. He was able to give me some suggestions to help with costs. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks David and we hope to see you back.

David did a great job replacing our kitchen sink and taps. Great communications to get things set up, on time, very personable, very thorough in his work, in fact, added value in a number of unexpected ways. Had complications, but he addressed them easily. He took more time that he originally expected to ensure things were done right, with no increase in cost. Excellent cleanup. We will use David again in the future and I highly recommend him to others.

From the moment I met Dave I had a good feeling about him. He was honest and forthright about what he could do for me and was upfront about a couple of things he was concerned about that may not come out perfectly. David completed a large variety of jobs for us. He was very kind and professional and his rates are very reasonable. A perfectionist, he did everything from plumbing to caulking to hanging mirrors on the wall for us. We will use him again.

The job was to clean, sand and paint a fairly large 20 year old deck. David took three days to finish the job and I was very pleased with the result. I also appreciated the fact that he thoroughly cleaned up the area after the job was completed. He was meticulous, courteous and professional and I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends in future.

David took great care in covering our patio furniture, bbq and flowers during the sanding process. The deck was then painted, first coat one day and next coat a few days later. Every step was clean and professional. Excellent work.

David is one of the most kind people I have ever met. His schedule is tight so please work with his timeline, or you might just find someone else if you're extremely urgent. David went steps ahead for me by covering the floor from the paints and vacuum for me at the end. The rate is reasonable and you don't have to ask anything more.
