-a very well run local (west end Toronto) company
-the owner, Robert came to assess the job, and was present for the duration of the work.
-Robert is an exceptionally nice, honest, down-to-earth man
-we called them one day, they came to take a look the next day. Started and completed the job the next day (a Saturday!)
-extremely clean, thorough and safe
-clearly explained every step of the process
-really like the fact their truck is anonymous so curious neighbours don’t know what’s going on
-and they left our house very, very clean
