Sia phoned ahead and notified me of his exact ETA. He removed his shoes and was tidy in his work. He looked at my fireplace and advised me what was possible in terms of repair. Efficient too.
Would recommend.

Theo installed my furnace and hot water tank five years ago, a job that was professional, fairly priced and overall superior to the competition.
But more importantly, in the past few years I have required two service calls for furnace issues. Theo, the owner of Heatco, answered my calls , came out to the house as soon as he could and fixed the problems efficiently. I need someone who responds after the installation, and Theo is dependable and excellent. No hesitation in recommending....

Heatco repaired my furnace with a reasonable price and staff were professional and polite . I defiantly recommend them.

My 2 year old furnace started cycling with fan but no heat. Theo answered email and arranged a house call promptly, and arrived on time. He was efficient in finding the problem. His manner is always professional, safe, neat and helpful. I will continue to use his services for all my HVAC needs. Highly recommended.

I had heatco come service my furnace, clean air ducts and dryer vent. After the service, my furnace was not working. I called them back.

After doing some trouble shooting they said it was the motherboard. They recommended a new furnace of about $5000+. I could not afford it. I felt the furnace was not that old and it was working prior to servicing. He checked one more thing . Turns out it was the thermostat. He changed out the thermostat and charged me $260 for the service call after paying $200+ for the previous service, ..not sure if that is a fair price? I didn’t have to get a new furnace after all. My beef is that he should have checked the thermostat first before recommending I get a new $5000 furnace. Be careful.

I have to disagree with the only other review here on HomeStars, as I am totally satisfied with the work done by this contractor and would use again. Theo from Heatco installed my gas furnace and hot water heater. (American Standard and Rheem) Not only was the price better than quotes from other installers (including Costco recommended installers), but the service and installation were first rate. (professional, neat and efficient). Theo hooked up an accessory water pump, reattached my NEST thermostat and ensured everything was working, All this in an old house with tons of unexpected functional surprises under the old furnace and water heater. Time will tell now but I feel comfortable with Theo's track record of honest service and attention. I recommend his services.

Run dont walk! After spending two hrs trying to fix my furnace and over charging me 5 times the price of a thermostat. He finally said that I should get a new furnace. Phoned another company they fixed it in half a hour.
