Covid and lockdowns made home renovations be more challenging. I might not be able to interact and communicate with the contractor face to face. Before starting the project, I knew that finding someone who is just nice, economical and good workmanship is not enough. I determined to hire someone who is able to tele-communicate and I can work with him/her remotely. I am glad to hire Evan and Daniel as the duo and their team proved that they are capable to take up the challenges.

Throughout the renovations, in-person meeting at the site was difficult. Evan was able to keep me updated on the progress without me asking. He’s always available over calls and messages and no bs. In-store shopping was almost impractical during lockdown. This Jiang’s team was able to get the materials and styles I need on my behalf. They also managed to coordinate with city inspectors, licensed technicians, and trades and suppliers to get the job done without me chasing around.

I am also glad for their professionalism to complete the project and close out all punch items and more. In terms of cost, not the cheapest one but I got peace of mind that they won’t walk away or cut corners in finished works.
