Diamond Railing

Hired Diamond railing to complete glass framed railings on our front porch. The work was done on time and my wife and I are happy with the end product. The glass railings add to the curb appeal of our house and the workmanship is solid.

Not satisfied. Poor workmanship, quality. First error was the installation of columns that were misaligned (subsequently fixed). End product, side railing slanted and all posts not the same height.

Tried to get the work fixed and had no success.

For the porch railing, I contacted nick (referred by family friend). Excellent and very friendly customer service, reasonable pricing. Listen to the client and do the job accordingly without putting any pressure on the client, keep the client posted. Always respond to clients requests/ questions promptly and in a very friendly and courteous way. Will highly recommend them for any railing project.

Nicholas and crew were a gem to work with from the get go. N was on time for our first onsite visit, listened to what I wanted before making any recommendations, lived up to his promise of ensuring a smooth installation and finally, as an added bonus, Nicholas returned on his own dime to bolster up the rail as I expressed concern over the neighborhood kids possibly taking a fancy to it. He was always professional and gave a clean and accurate installation. What really impressed me was how he listened smartly, and was available to answer questions and or make suggestions beginning with the first phone call. Bottom line is Nicholas is a good guy to work with.

Nick and team were fantastic-- great communication right from the start and came to take a look at our project right away. We were a bit concerned that we would need to tear up quite a bit of new interlock stone that was just put down in order to install the fence properly, but Nick was able to make it work with no damage and minimal disruption to the existing stones. Very professional and knowledgeable, would highly recommend.

Nick responded to my request for a front stair railing. He started by looking at the area, took measurements and then showed us samples of what products he had. He returned two weeks later, installed the railing securely and then cleaned up the area. It was a pleasure dealing with Nick.
