I had a very pleasant experience with Comfort Windows & Doors, for my front door replacement. They very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely go to them again when I need to change my windows.

I'm happy to say that the reviews here are totally accurate. We needed a patio door replacement due to a break-in. I talked to a few different companies but I felt like Julian at Comfort Windows & Doors was the most professional and straight forward. He was able to rush the install due to our situation but despite the rush there was no compromise with the service. Jonathan the installer was at our house for the whole day, carefully removing our old sliding door and installing the new one. Despite a few challenges along the way Jonathan was not ruffled and was open to my ideas and suggestions. Both his workmanship and attitude were superb. The only thing that was a bit surprising is that he used screws on my interior trim which, had I known he was going to do that, I would have asked him to just leave it. My only other disappointment is that the patio door product itself (a Vista Capri) is off-white in colour and doesn't quite match our paint colour which is more of a pure white. In my haste to get the broken door replaced I did not consider this possibility. Therefore, regardless of which company you choose, I recommend verifying colours before committing to a particular product if this is important to you.

Beautiful windows in our basement and our living room, they are totally awesome so beautiful and grand. Our house will be so much warmer this winter. Thanks to this amazing company.

A truly professional company!
We replaced all our homes windows and doors - 21 windows and three doors including a patio door. As you can imagine, the magnitude of such a project was quite overwhelming, and required significant due diligence on our part before reaching out to any supplier. Once ready, we had nine potential suppliers walk through our home, and we saw it all! The good, the bad, and yes sadly, the ugly!
When Julian (the owner of Comfort Windows & Doors) walked through our door he was a breath of fresh air. No salesman gimmicks, no double talk or beating his chest like some others, just the promise of quality product, good service and integrity. And he delivered! He listened to our needs, answered all our questions, provided a detailed and easy to follow quotation, revisited our home to help us make refinements as the project matured, and offered his guidance during a visit to their manufacturers showroom. But beyond that, and what ultimately awarded him our business wasnt his commendable responsiveness or his price (which was competitive), but Julians integrity and reliability; exemplified throughout the project.
The Office Manager Melanie was very personable, highly professional and easy to reach, while always keeping us informed through every step of the process - pre, during and post installation.
Our windows and doors arrived on time, and their installation team lead by Ramesh was highly qualified, professional, and they took great care as they removed and replaced each window and door. We felt our home was in safe and competent hands.

We needed some aging windows replaced. Request for an estimate was responded to quickly. Received helpful mock-ups to help make selections. Products ordered right away but I was advised they would take a while. Was advised of installation dates promptly and the installers were great. Have used Comfort previously and will do so again.
