My garage door spring broke and I was stuck not being able to open the door.

I placed a request on Home Stars that day and the next day, Katie from ONC called me and I booked a technician to come that day.
John arrived and examined what needed to be done. He had all the parts and completed the job within a couple of hours. He even set up my garage door opener and because he made an error in the quoted price he still offered me a discount to offset the slight increase in the cost.

He was very efficient and quick and I would highly recommend ONC.

Amazing service from ONC. They arrived within a couple of hours to repair our door that wasn't opening. The technician was friendly and professional. He had the door working again quickly and I was charged a very reasonable price for the repair. I would not hesitate to call ONC again in the future and will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs their garage door repaired.

Called ONC and John was here that evening. Springs were commercial grade so they had to be ordered on the next day. He returned and professionally installed them at the time scheduled. I won't hesitate to use their services again.

The remote would work erratically, sometimes not opening, sometimes not closing the garage door. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem. After fine tuning the system, he patiently made sure that we could get in and out of the garage without any problem.

I called Garage Door Service to replace my double garage door after it lost a dispute with a vehicle. Prior positive reviews about ONC was the leading factor for me to contact them. I was pleased from the get go on how my call was received and that I was able to get a quote the same day as my call. I felt the quote was reasonable based on what I paid for a garage door 20 years ago. The new door was orderd and installed within 5 days from my first call and I appreciate this. The installation took the better part of a day. The old door and hardware was removed and the job site was left tidy. I am extremely satisfied and feel safe in recommending this company.

My garage cables unravelled and come off of the drums, making my garage door inoperable. I reached out to ONC and I really appreciated Katies responsiveness, and how she was respectful throughout all of our communications. She was kind enough to have the team diagnose my garages issue through pictures and videos, so that I would not have to pay for an on-site quote.

The issue was repaired in a timely manner - afterwards the team walked me through what the repair entailed and what was fixed, which was really helpful for my understanding.

A few weeks after the initial repair, the same/a similar issue happened, so I reached out to ONC again and the response was immediate. John came out to see the issue the very next morning, and the team upheld their warranty, which meant a lot to my family and I. They replaced the cables as well as some brackets to try to get to the bottom of the root cause of the issue.

Starting from my initial call, both Katie and John were great to deal with. Every step of the way was clearly communicated with all questions answered as well. John installed the door and opener and cleaned up so well one would never know anything had been installed.
