We phoned John, he responded quickly. Our garage door could no longer open. He gave us an appointment, the tech came on time, was very conscientious, explained everything. He did not try to upsell us, or sell things we didnt need. Excellent service and we would highly recommend this company.

ONC Garage door service is one of the best in Mississauga , I had a door close issue , I called 27JUN Monday early morning 8AM , and the Technician MR John was onsite by noon , Mr John is exellant and knowledgeable technician and fixed door in less than 30 minutes under warranty , For best and satisfactory JOB , I always recommend this company . Called Peel Garage Doors who did not show up after 3 delays on when they would show up and told me to f off when I said I would find another company.
Then called guy from Kijiji who said service fee is $29 (while everyone else is around $95). Guy came and said $475 + tax to fix and he takes cash only. I did not trust him and said no thanks.
Called ONC Garage doors who charge $85 service fee to show up. They came when they said they would. John showed up in a professional truck, was polite, pleasant and did the repair fast. $160 including tax on a credit card.

Do not waste your time and money shopping around for a garage door repair only to be ripped off in the end. This is the company to use. They come when they say they will, charge a fair and honest price and are professional above all.

Professionalism all the way. I bought a Garage door about a year and a half ago. I was sceptical at the beginning to purchase this door without doing my homework and this was an impulse buy or last-minute decision. I was impressed that John took the time to explain to me in detail exactly what I was getting, with No gimmick, No hassle and the best price offering.
People make the company what it is not the brands they carry, and john certainly proved that. I would recommend ONC.
John would address all issues and fix them to the best of his abilities. After a year the door showed major defects, such as bubbling of the aluminum and the fading of the trim colours., however, John decided he would install a brand new door and redo the trims at his expense. I don't blame ONC for the defects I blame the Mfg and I hope that ONC moves away from the mfg and finds a better supplier.
I usually don't give any company a five-star rating, but in this case, john made it all possible. Would I buy another door from them I would say at this time yes because all is good ( but, time will tell)?

They were able to accommodate us quickly as we were leaving for vacation the following day. The service guys were polite and explained everything that needed to be replaced and why it had to be replaced. Pricing was fair for the work we had done. Would highly recommend Onc Garage Door Services.

Hired this company as I believe their office was not far from where I lived. Garage door needed new rubber and weather strips, they came in and noticed another problem with the door that I didn't disclose to them prior to appointment, which they informed me after inspecting it and had that fixed as well (I accepted the extra charge as I know it was necessary and I wanted the door to be in tip top shape against wildlife and weather). John and his associate were on time, tidy and informative. They even tried to fix what appeared to be a gap at the bottom, which released some light, from the inside, after understanding it came from a small bump from the rubber (not all surfaces are smooth when moving up the door) and that wildlife couldn't come in through this, I let the problem go because it now made sense in my mind, they were patient with my concern and now i'm happy. 10/10, would recommend this service to anyone else.

We had our garage door spring break on Friday Morning. The door wouldn't open & we couldn't get our car out. It looked pretty bad because it started bending / caving in the center. I gave a call to ONC Garage Door Services & John was at our door by 4:00. He helped open the door manually & get our car out. Then he helped close the door so it would be secure over the weekend. He was able to procure the materials by Monday & got everything working without a hitch.

The whole experience was hassle free & I'd not hesitate calling them up again in the future.
