Here is a company with old world ethics. I contacted Mo for my AC issues, he accommodated me for same evening. As usual prompt and proficient service, and rates are so reasonable that you will never feel like haggling.

This is my third interaction with these folks and I can tell you personally you will get the best and most honest service from these folks.

Its so nice to deal with someone who you will feel deserves what they charge 100%. I have now a friend who I feel I will not have any hesitation to rely on or to to refer to anyone who I know deserves most reliable, honest and reasonable service. I have so much faith that I do not even ask for quote as I am sure they will be much below the best price you can find with a conviction to stand behind their quality of service.

We called this company to fix a fireplace at our home. Morricio kidly came to our house on time. He professionally fixed the problem in no time. He was very kind and knowledgeable. We needed a gas fitter to ensure that we are compliant to the municipal standards and that our equipment will work as we are opening a new restaurant. Moe came in and did the work and was very professional. After installing the pipes the equipment were all sort of sticking out so we asked Moe to come back and fix. And he did about the same day. We are very thankful for Moe!

BEFORE THE JOB
I called to get a quote and left a VM. Mod called me back within the hour and arranged to come by for a site visit that week (no other company offered or would do this). He came by and did a thorough look around (popped ceiling tiles, looked under the deck, etc) and provided an accurate fixed fee quote within days. He was able to get an appointment set up the next week.

DURING THE JOB
They showed up on time (5 min early actually) and the first thing they did was say hello, shake hands, and immediately began laying down drop sheets on the stairs and all work areas. I had changed the desired location of the gas line the night before and they quickly adapted to the new plan. In about 3hrs start to finish the new Line was in. They even painted it so it looked presentable (it is exposed on my deck).

When they were finishing up, my furnace was not turning on properly. This may have been coincidental, but either way they brought in all the HVAC tools from the truck and began working on the furnace. They diagnosed and fixed the issue within 10 minutes (and preformed all of this without hesitation, complaint, or additional fees).

The work is top notch and clean, and they left the basement in the exact condition they found it. Amazing experience all around!

I found Mo through HomeStars. Called him after getting a few other quotes and his estimate was within the same range. What made me lean towards working with Five lions are two things - on top of the overall good reviews:
1- Mo is honest and a pleasant person to deal with.
2- He accomodated my schedule by coming in the evening to provide an estimate and was willing to get the job done on the same day.

Installation was quick, professional and most importantly clean. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

I have used this unit for a week now and the performance is very good. As with any tankless unit there is a slight delay before hot water is available but I'm happy with the temperature of the water and the rate of water flow to the shower and bath is good. Its winter right now so the incoming water is very cold and the unit has no problem getting it up to temperature! For me important point was to have unlimited water so that if my kids take a bath in the morning I don't have to wait for the water heater to warm up I always have hot water available.

It was very easy to work with Mo. He stopped by my house after completing another job and we talked through the install process. Given that this was a power vented tankless unit the install involved a number of steps. He worked with me to make sure that the additional air supply pipe needed would not obstruct a nearby window.

Install process:
1) Removed power vented tank water heater.
2) Install of new tankless water heater unit. This included:
1.1) Install of larger natural gas line to unit.
1.2) Install of an additional power vet air supply pipe.
1.3) Replacing a small section of drywall with stronger plywood .
1.4) Reconnecting existing water supply and rerouting some hot and cold pipes.

After discussing the time needed, the cost of the tankless heater unit and materials we agreed on a price.

Service was awesome, Moe ensured everything was up and running efficiently .He also maintain a clean work site and cleaned up any debri. Great company very reliable and honest.

Still we were extremely impressed and thankful to them for the very prompt, incredibly helpful, extremely courteous and friendly, knowledgeable and high quality service they provided. Moe couldn’t be nicer or better to deal with!! We needed a gas hot water tank replaced and they squeezed us into their day, arrived exactly on time, did a fantastic job, explained a number of things that were great to know and even arranged for the old tank and the box from the new one to be taken away! And the price was very reasonable. We couldn’t be happier!!

This was my first time using Five Lions and all the great reviews are true. Mo came very quickly and provided ultra thorough servicing of our 1998 Slant Fin boiler and Napoleon gas insert.
