We found mold in our basement and found Alan. While removal of the actual mold was the first job, air test results failed. Alan went over and beyond in cleaning and air scrubbing to ensure that the air test for mold absence passed - on the 3rd test it did. Today we are mentally at peace that there is no mold to deal with anymore - all thanks to Alan.

We recently moved to our new place, and discovered some unpleasant mold growth in areas of the house while renovating (underneath the kitchen, basement areas and attic). Alan and his team did a phenomenal job in not only assessing the extent, but was also helpful by describing his strategy in removing the molded areas. We are very happy with the results, and would definitely suggest and refer this company to others we know. The crew came today and did a fantastic job. They were polite and very professional. Alan and Joe removed part of the drywall and floor, removed mold, disinfected the area, and cleaned all the garbage. They also did some extra work: removed mold in the closet of the next room, removed the tar paper, and spray painted my attic hatch since there is also some mold there.

We are very happy that we chose mold solution and would recommend them to friends and families in a heart beat.

We had an issue with mold growth in our washroom due to a leaky shower. We canvassed a few places to help us out and were very pleased with Alan and his service. Some of the companies that came out seemed more interested in selling us a new shower or carpet and wanted to recommend "their guy" to do it rather then pricing out the job. One of the companies even quoted us a $600 "disposal fee" for just throwing out the garbage. Alan attended and provided a very reasonable quote, provided his qualifications and answered all of our questions. Alan actually took less money then he quoted because the shower did not have to be replaced. Alan even attended in the middle of a snow storm to complete the work. I would highly recommend him.
