Roofing review in

Several of the roof vents had been chewed by squirrels so decided to have them replaced. Warner roofing had already done a roof inspection which I had previously requested and noted everything else was in good shape with the exception of 3 vents. Michael recommended the metal roof vents and even though only 3 were damaged suggested to replace all of them for aesthetic reasons. He provided photos of the work and kept me informed. The technician was also very nice and addressed my concerns. I need to have more roof work done in the spring and would happily use Warner Roofing again. This company has been a pleasure to deal with.
