We hired Roni Flooring to install the porcelain tile on our main floor (kitchen, hallway and powder room). Roni is knowledgeable and noticed right away that the tile I had chosen could not be paid in the pattern I wanted, and he came up with a solution that worked for me.
Overall, Roni's installation was good. The reason I did not give a perfect score was that it was a little difficult to hear back from him and I only received responses after reaching out a couple times. When you are on a timeline, this was not ideal.
Another negative to me is that they did not fully clean up the garbage they produced. Inside the house it was fine, no mess. But they left 3 very heavy garbage bags on my deck full of cut pieces of tile, the waste they produced during this job. The bags are so full that they will rip when I try to move them. This is obviously not an ideal situation to be left with, which is why I am hesitant to fully recommend this company. Perhaps "cleanup" wasn't part of the cost, I am not sure. I just don't think that leaving 3 heavy bags of tile for the homeowner to deal with is professional or courteous.
