Basement Reno - Retaining Wall
We hired DWC to renovate our basement apartment. When Donavon came in to provide the quote he suggested to fully gut the basement and rebuild it as the layout was strange and there was so much unused/wasted space.
We are so glad that we decided to go that route because what was beneath was a complete mess. There was a major crack in the foundation that needed immediate attention and the basement was not structurally sound due to poor workmanship of past contractors.
Donavon and his team repaired all of the damage and were able to utilize every inch of space to give us more living space then we had before.
Every suggestion Donavon made panned out. We now have a modern basement apartment that looks great and doesn’t feel like a dungeon.
Donavon and the team are skilled and knowledgeable professionals. They are all friendly and respectful. They did an exceptional job of answering all of our questions (and there were a lot) and providing explanations when asked.
They also kept the construction site clean as they worked which was an added bonus.
We also had DWC build a retaining wall, stairs and put weeping tiles in the backyard. DWC does it all!!

Mj, I can truly say it was an honour and a pleasure working with you and your family so much so that we felt like you had adopted us all in!! The original project started on a smaller scale and with an ever growing vision, morphed into somewhat of an overhaul. The transformation was awesome to watch as it progressed but I know it wasn't easy to live within the home while undergoing such major reno's!
