Good experience from beginning to end.
Consultant came out in the fall to review our situation - his assessment was in line with other companies. Gave us install options including pros & cons for each approach.
While we couldn't get the work scheduled until after winter, they offered up some free work in the winter to ensure our safety.
Scheduling was clean (even through our current COVID situation), with a good level of communication throughout.
The team that did the work was respectful of my neighbours and my property, and were generally a good group of guys.
They left the job site clean and removed the bin promptly.
