Avl Landscape & Design

After much research, site visits and meetings with various landscape designers and contractors, we decided to hire AVL Landscape and Design LTD to landscape the entire property surrounding the home. We were also able to secure a time slot for the months of August/September (2023), as they were very busy. The scope of the project included removing and discarding of all the existing materials, such as sod, stone, interlock, soil, tree and shrub roots, curbs, asphalt, etc.; grading front, side and back yards as per design, collaborate and on time with other trades such as irrigation contractor, and installing all new material such as pavers, walls, lighting, etc. as per design. The project was quite extensive. Both hard and soft scaping was included. Patios, walkways staircases lighting, etc. were all part of the project.
Anthony is very knowledgeable and took time to explain the complexity of what we wanted and how to go about it. He was very helpful in choosing the materials and provided insight as what would work best for each phase of the project, always keeping in mind our vision and staying within budget. The work was completed well, all the guys were great to deal with. They were respectful of our neighbours and their properties.
We are very pleased with the final product and cannot wait to continue to enjoy it in the years to come.

I discussed with Anthony prior to the job what I wanted and my budget. He was very helpful and gave me and my wife very good recommendations. The team at AVL did not disappoint, they finished the job quickly leaving no stone unturned (no pun intended). I appreciated their thorough feedback, and the extra work they did to go above and beyond to make everything work and fall into place to give us the bathroom that we wanted. They are open, and honest about what is needed in your renovation. Personally, a 10 is what we would give, but being realistic about timelines from what we expected with doing this renovation is important. In the end however, it is worth the wait to get everything done properly and have the things you need for your renovation. Anthony and team were amazing at finding solutions with things that needed ordering, and some of the hiccups along the way. During these times of renos, things are often backordered and out of stock, which essentially is no fault to contractors and clients (but rather supply and demand). I would highly recommend this company for any of your renovation needs. They are extremely professional from start to finish. They know what they are doing! 100% Thanks Guys!

Anthony and his team do great work. We commissioned AVL to replace the steps leading to our back yard with concrete versions and to demolish what was there, including an erroding Wooden Outdoor kitchen.

Work turned out great and got the job done before the winter so that it is ready for the spring to enjoy !

Anthony and team did a full deconstruct and renovation on the rear, side, and front of my property. The team did a great job and really pushed through late days working through sunset and through rain at times to make sure the project was completed on time.
