We bought an old condo with an unusable bathroom and ugly kitchen. NDG Group created a fairytale condo that looks stylish, modern and a true place a young couple like us to call home. Archil and his team showed professionalism, care, and extreme care for our place. According to our realtor the place went up in value by $50K. After two months of renovation the place was left cleaned and fully finished. Archil went overboard with providing services that were not included in the quote, he wanted for the place to look like an object of art. The place is beautiful and we are happy to live here. Me and my wife work full time and we did not have to time to do or even manage renovation. Working with Archil was an effortless experience, where he took the stress of renovation and maximized the benefits of having it done. His taste and style helped us to choose the best options suited for our needs. I felt as if he is doing renovation for himself, with so much care and attention to details. It took a month for NDG team to finish a complex basement renovation to make a one bedroom apartment ready to be rented out. Frankly, it is done so nice, I may just keep it as entertainment zone.

Hi, I just want to share my experience with all of you choosing the company for finishing basement. Not long ago, we decided to finish our basement. After a long search, we found NDG Group Ltd. On our first meeting with Archil, I was blown away. He planned my basement - very professional and detailed. The price was amazing (compared with the other companies), and we started this big project. David and his team came into the picture. Very professional and patient, they were following the whole process and dealing with any small problems on the way. Everything was done on schedule and finished on time as they promised. There was no problem changing a few small things from the original plan. Very clean and professional job, friendly staff and sub-contractors. Over all, our basement was done and turned into an amazing beautiful apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, office, bedroom, entertainment area, and storage room. Excellent job NDG Group!
