We recently contacted Grizzly Plumbing to replace the main water valve in our house. After a recent renovation, the old valve wasnt turning off properly unless it was in the perfect sweet spot. Brad was very responsive and helpful and dealt with contacting the city to have the main water supply turned off/on. Hes a master plumber and very good at his job. Weve used Grizzly in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Needed main water shut off valve replaced. Called Grizzly and they took care of everything including coordinating with the City of Toronto to shut off water to the house and then back on again. Great service, on time, efficient and the job went exactly as planned. Thanks very much

Good fix of misaligned flange and leak. Installed flange extension and new toilet, as well as cleared input pipe and feeder hose, which had debris from previous installation. Also took away the old toilet (Kohler that was still in good shape).

The guys at Grizzly plumbing always do a great job and stand behind their work. They describe the work that they’re doing and were patient with my questions. They also showed up exactly when they said they would. I can’t really ask for anything else in a plumbing-trade professional.

We are repeat customers and committed to Grizzly for all of our plumbing and heating needs. Our situation is complicated: a sump pump with a back up system, an on-demand water heater/ boiler that was previously installed without the necessary drain, and water pipes that had been installed in an outside wall causing them to freeze each winter. While working through several problematic issues, COVID caused all work to stop. Yet when Brad returned, despite the 18 month pause, he managed to remember every detail.

We are especially impressed with Brad’s approach to determine the cause of a problem — he’s a first-class detective. I have known the owner Brad from Grizzly Plumbing And Heating Inc for some time. He was instrumental for completing a number of jobs in my 100 year old Victorian house in the past including: 1) exchanging 2 oversized old radiators with lower profile 2nd hand radiators from Addison's Inc. and 2) installing a gas line from the front of the house to a completely renovated new kitchen to connect to a new Bosh gas stove, as well as various other plumbing tasks for the new kitchen. This time around I wanted to replace my old inefficient Slant Fin boiler and rented water heater plus an additional electric water heater with an energy efficient boiler and water heater to supply hot water and hydronic heating to my 3600 square foot 3 story house. Brad came to assess the job and provided me with a very detailed estimate. The scheduled date was reasonable especially during the current high demand for plumbing work. The Grizzly team removed the old boiler and water heaters to the outside, and replaced it with an energy efficient Navien NHB 150 boiler and a 65 gallon stainless steel water heater in the basement of the house. The work was completed as scheduled, the job site was left clean, and the new system works impressively well. Based on this job and my previous experience, I highly recommend Grizzly for any type of plumbing and/or water heating installation and repair.
