My dishwasher had been acting up for quite some time and not draining properly. Yevhen was able to come by the day after I requested assistance. The problem was difficult to diagnose, but he stayed for a good 20 minutes with me discussing the possible problems. After trying a couple of quick fixes to see if any of the hoses were blocked, Yevhen determined it was either the water pressure, or that my control panel was failing. Since he could not help me any further Yevhen only charged me for the service call. I'm very happy to say it seems it was the water pressure issue as the dishwasher has been running smoothly ever since!
I highly recommend Yevhen as he charges fair prices and was extremely knowledgeable. He was very kind to answer any and all of my questions and has given my old dishwasher another lease on life.
