Just before Canada Day my fridge died. I called around for service but not surprisingly, availability was scarce. Yevhen on the other hand, showed up later in the evening, provided an accurate description of the issue and proceeded to try and then succeed fixing a control board problem that (using a soldering iron!) I'm convinced, some other technicians would have recommended I replace altogether - and which would have taken days to do and many more hundreds of dollars. Kudos.

Dryer was making a lot of noise. Contacted Yevhen - we was very professional, came on time and did a great job. He had all the parts with him and did not upsell.

Yevhen was available on short notice once he received new of the issue. He was on time, professional and very friendly. He did a great job of ensuring the problem with my fridge/ freezer was fixed and explained what had happened. I would recommend him to anyone looking for truly quality service in Toronto.

Yevhen is a polite person who explains his actions throughout the process. He keeps his work clean and tidy. Arrived on time at agreed time. Would recommend him for any appliances installation and/or repair projects.

Called for dryer repair and Yevhen made arrangements to come the next day and was right on time for the appointment.
He was courteous and professional. He diagnosed and corrected the problem quickly.
There was an additional problem that he also repaired and left the worksite neat and tidy.

I texted with Yevhen briefly about the problem with our Bosch dishwasher before he made his visit. He arrived on time, called when he was on his way, came prepared with the part he suspected was the problem, and did the repair very quickly. The repair was successful, and there has been no leaking (which is always a fear of mine with dishwashers), but he gave me some tips on what to look for and do if anything went wrong after he left.

Yevhen was a joy to hire. I would recommend his services 100%, and we are keeping his contact info handy for future service.

Yevhen arranged to come as soon as he could. I found him to be sincere, knowledgeable, professional and the cost was reasonable. He explained the issue (fridge was leaking water, and even finding its way into the basement) and the easiest way to solve it. The problem was remedied on the spot (took about an hour) and he promised a three month guarantee. I highly recommend Mr. Pankratenko if you require an appliance repaired.
