Our basement sink was draining very slowly, so we called for help. We were advised that we should install backwater valve for flood protection and clay pipe replacement. We were also advised to have front yard clay pipes replaced but were unable to pay an extra $5000. The work was quick, though the basement rug will never be the same. On the plus side we got a new main floor toilet (was also slow draining) that works wonderfully and the basement sink is draining better than it ever has!

Mike was great to deal with and was a professional from the start of quoting to decision making and to the end of the job.
I called sewer squad to look at my out door drain by my walk out because the pipes were full of gravel. They helped me understand what was happening and what the correct fix would be.
I also had a back flow preventer installed and during installation they ran a camera so I can find out where my drain is in my finished basement. This has helped for my future planning. During this camera inspection a cracked pipe was found so I had this fixed as well.

Discovered foul smell from sump pump and called Sewer Squad. They sent over Vince within the hour. Vince found the problem right away and let’s us know we needed a new one. He was able to install it right away and was done super fast. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and left the area clean. I was very impressed as this was all done on a Sunday! I made the call at 12:20pm and by 3pm Vince had installed the new pump! Very impressive!

From quote to completion of the work, we were really impressed by the professionalism and quality of work done.

My outdoor pipes had broken and I couldn't reach the knob to drain the excess water and turn off the tap so had a constant drip that filled a bucket each day. The pipes were in an awkward position above the stove in the basement apartment which made it difficult to access. Also the cold water line to the upstairs kitchen was attached to the outdoor pipe line so turning off the water in the winter would mean no cold water in my kitchen. The best part was though Mr. Curtis had to cut a hole in the ceiling he put a cover on it and it looks great. Friendly service, kept me informed throughout the work, and left the place tidied up afterwards.

Service Was professional, completed perfectly, Plumber was friendly and informative, I would recommend them to all of my friends and family if they need any plumbing work done for them

After reading reviews on Homestars, I gave them a call and set up an appointment to have a Tech come out.

The tech (Camilo), arrived on-time, and was professional right from the minute he introduced himself.

He walked us through in detail what was required to be done and answered every questions we had. He then provided us with the cost to which we agreed and off he went.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Camilo and the work he performed, he was courteous, professional, and kept his work space clean during and after the work was performed.

A few weeks later, I did not have any hot water pressure in my house. Once again, I contacted sewers squad and requested Camilo to attend, as our initial experience with him was above and beyond our expectations.

Camilo arrived on time, assessed the issue and identified the issue within 15 minutes. He provided a price and off he went.

Once again, he fixed the problem and was a pleasure to deal with.

In my opinion, sewer squad is lucky to have a Tech like him as he takes great pride in his work, works hard, is very personable, all of which are the qualities of a true professional, he really is a true asset to the company. He deserves to be commended for his work and professionalism.

I assume that some readers may request Camilo to attend for service as a result of this review, and if you do, you will NOT be disappointed, but as for Camilo, I'm sorry if you suddenly get inundated with service calls!

My sump pump was broken, The store where I bought it replaced it for free since it was only 2 months old. The plumber, Cameron Curtis, came and replace 5he pump.

Found on Home Stars. They did a great job. Very professional and friendly. Found Cameron to be transparent and clear about the work and the cost. Would recommend and use them again!

THE TECHNICIAN CAME IN RIGHT AWAY AND SERVICE OUR CLOG TOILET. HE LOOK AT IT AND GIVE US AN ESTIMATE AND EXPLAIN TO US WHAT WILL BE THE PRICE AND JOB THAT HE IS GOING TO DO. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
