Fast response, efficient, professional, knowledgeable. Service technician Camilo Lopez arrived within 45 min of my initial call while I was not able to find any plumbers, trade people to install the toilet for almost a week. I would highly recommend Camilo to anyone needed any work done.

Very up to date business model when keeping customers in the loop. Can track technicians arrival time, photo and bio is provided before arrival.

Work was well done. We had old clay sewage drains outside the house and no flood protection.

We had them install the new waste pipe, backwater valve and changed the water line to 3/4inch from 1/2 inch coming into the house.

The worked was about 3-5 days depending on when they can get an inspection from the city of Toronto.

The cost is high but keep in mind we paid for 3 separate items.

They also assist filing the forms for the subsidy rebate the city of Toronto provides for installing flood protection. Rebate is approx $1250.

I would recommend but as I said it’s pricey but the job is done professionally and fairly quick. No major impacts to day to day living.

The work was conducted in a fast manner, the right way and and at a right price-point. The Sewre Squad is a very professional company to deal with: I was able to contact them late in the evening (my case of collapsed clay sewer pipe was an emergency), I received the quote quickly, the scope of the work was explained to me in a clear and concise way and before I agreed to the quote and the before the work started everything was put in writing for me as a tangible reference. The work was conducted during three days of pouring rain without a glitch. After the completion of this big job , the site was left clean and looking the same as before the work had started. The final invoice came with no unpleasant surprises (as with some other vendors was the case in the past) and with a detailed report of the work done and recommendations for future maintenance. I am very impressed by the Sewer Squad and there is no doubt in my mind I will continue to do business with them in the future. I highly recommend them.

We had a terrible leak from a second floor washroom that resulted in a huge water bubble, just waiting to burst, in our kitchen ceiling. Checked Home Stars and selected Sewer Squad due to its high rating. Was extremely happy with the service - which included a referral to a restorative company that immediately came to deal with the water in the ceiling, and then the very professional repair work by Sewer Squad plumbers. They were knowledgeable, as tidy as possible, and corrected some plumbing that had previously been installed in the wrong way. Sewer Squad is on speed dial for any future plumbing needs!

I called Sewer Squad as they had a good rating on Home Stars. My experience was great from booking the appointment to having the service completed. Melissa took my calls promptly and always forwarded my questions to Matt who called me right back to answer any concerns.

Our kitchen sink was clogged, then water leaked under sink and basement. We called and Mike came out same day at 11pm. Mike is professional, honest and hardworking, he was able to locate the issue and propose different options. Mike and Matt came the next day and help install new pipe, flush the grease out, no more leaks or clogged sink!

Since they were there, had them fix stinky toilet with new gasket and identify and fix source of 2nd floor tub leaking to kitchen ceiling. They kept me in the loop the whole way and even checked the sewer line with cam, luckily no issues there. They cleaned up before they left and help fix many issues at a good cost.
