This was a rental property and its sewer line pipe was clay based, several issues happened in the past few years and SewerSquad helped us to replace it with PVC pipes.

We were having a plumbing issue with our laundry drain, in which the drain was overflowing every time the washing machine emptied.

Sewer Squad sent out Mike Fisher, who initially inspected the drain, and proceeded to do needed repairs, at a reasonable price, to correct some faulty plumbing issues which he felt were preventing proper drainage.

After the repairs were done, we found that the pipe still wasn’t draining perfectly, so Mike promptly came out again the next day, snaked the drain, and ensured that the drain functioned perfectly before leaving. All this was done at no additional cost, which speaks highly of the professionalism of both Mike, and the Sewer Squad company.

If you have any plumbing-related issues, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mike from Sewer Squad, as he does good-quality work, cleans and tidys up, all at a reasonable cost.

I am very happy with the work that was performed on my property.
Phill is very knowlegable in plumbing and in his trade. Also, he has great talent for emergency management. most of all, he was very respectful of my property; taking shoes off. if he had to have shoes, he covered them with plastic bag... One last thing- when he was doing some work in my laundry room, i noticed that he places his plumbing tools on his ipad and not on my washing machine which is probably 20 years old. Little things do count for me. All in all, a Great Guy to work with.
I found Sewer Squad Plumbing via google. Called them about swage backing up in my basement. Phill, shows up on the same day, within a few hours.
Before any work was done. I was told how much the inspection would cost. Fair enough.

I was given mutiple options. ranging from econimcal quick fixes to $$ half-way fixes to $$$$ all out, lets get this fixed up and good to go for the next 50 years, fixes.

I selected the long term fix which required 2 excavations. and a lot of new pipes.

Before the start of work, Phill explained to me what is about to happen and what the timeline of the project would be. project went exactly as planned.

Bonus 1 - eventhough I agreed to the higher price quoted initially, Phill found me some major savings along the way without any sacrifice in the quality of the work. AND he passed on the savings directly back to me.

Bonus 2 - Phill performed multiple miscellaneous plumbing tasks around the house for very little money at a discounted rate. I appreciate it.

I’m super impressed with the assistance I received. I wasn’t sure if the baby Vick’s container was stuck in the toilet or in the pipes and Phil advised me that if it was stuck in the pipes it would be costly. We discovered that it was jammed in the toilet and he suggested it’d save me money if I just replaced the old toilet. This was done over the phone and I greatly appreciate his honesty and integrity. Contractors are very Responsive, they are patient in answering questions and transparent work stages. They work very neat and kept surrounding clean.
