The plumber arrived very quickly and the work was done to a
very good standard. We are happy with the work itself.
When we needed another plumbing job to be done we felt that Sewer Squad had been too expensive, so we found another company.
Two people (one highly experienced plumber and one
highly experienced handyman) agreed that the work was good but were shocked to hear what we paid and both called it "gouging".
The plumber told me the work in question should have cost no more than $500.00.

after shower - while turning off the tap, the metal inside the handle broke.. water was still running and I was unable to shut it off at the shower. had to turn main water off to the entire house. called the sewer squad, the lady that answered the phone was very nice and helpful, she arranged for dispatch of Mike, I was sent Mike's picture and time he would arrive.. and the came within 1.5 hours of my call. Very fast, great service, Mike was very helpful at explaining options and trying to complete the repair at the best price.

Kitchen sink completely stopped draining. Sewer squad came the next day and now the sink drains perfectly. They follow up with emails, texts and calls and our technician Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable. Loved the service and results.

We were having an issue with the kitchen sink not draining properly. We called Sewer Squad Plumbing who sent Mike over. Mike was courteous, professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem (poor plumbing job under the sink) and also showed us how, due to the way the house had settled, there was a fairly substantial buckling in the drain pipe to the basement!

Mike fixed all our problems and the sink is now draining smoothly/efficiently. I would absolutely use Sewer Squad Plumbing again in the future if the need should arise.

Sewer Squad did an excellent job relining my cracked clay sewer pipe. Phil immediately responded to my request by setting up an appointment for the next day. Amy in the office communicated efficiently all the details of who would be coming and when to expect them and confirmed all the appointments via email/text. Travis came out and ran a camera through the sewer line to show me all the cracks (Sewer Squad were the only ones to do this of three companies who gave me quotes) and explained how it could be repaired. He educated me on all my options and kindly answered all my questions. The estimate he gave me was more reasonable than other estimates I had received, and he was more knowledgable about the best options. Sewer Squad is one of only a few companies who reline clay sewer pipes — other companies don't have the capability of relining, so they will try to get you to do more extensive/expensive work (Toronto City Water suggested that a relining would be the best way to repair my line). Matthew and his crew came the next day to measure the pipe, then the following day they came and installed the liner. The installation took only a couple hours. Everything was communicated well, done properly and quickly and all appointments were kept on time. I am very pleased with Sewer Squad's service. I highly recommend them.
