They called ahead of time to confirm they would be arriving at the scheduled time (they mention in advance that traffic sometimes causes delays). In that call, I mentioned that I had an important work call 30 minutes after they arrived, so after they got here, they made sure to clean up the area close to my home office, so that I could close my door and have my call undisturbed. They also asked me to put things like toothbrushes away because there could be some dust.
The only negative thing was that there was a lot more dust than anticipated and I would have wished to put more things away from the vents, especially in the bathroom, but no big deal, I cleaned all the dust after they left.
