I dealt with Adel for quoting, Q&A, and scheduling. He was prompt in responding and I liked that we could use What's App chat as well. He called and we talked when details were easier to be discussed rather than typed.
The two technicians arrived on time. Based on the business card left, their names are Ibrahim & Abed. They were both friendly, professional and helpful.

Caco was awesome and his manners and detail were topnotch. Explained the process before and after as well as taking the time to setup. Service was great..

We had an excellent experience with Air Force from start to finish. They were quick to answer the phone, provided detailed information and communicated effectively by phone, text and email. Technician called prior to coming to confirm timing. Technician was respectful, clean, organized, thorough and efficient. The job was very well done, no mess, and no dust afterwards. I highly recommend this company.

Abed and Ibrahim came in the scheduled time and thoroughly cleaned the furnace duct taking pictures from mobile before and after the dust and debris suction. All the vents and air inlets were taken care of expertly. They were very friendly, cheerful, and very cooperative. My laundry dryer was thoroughly cleaned.

Afeefa was great in securing a same-day booking for the service.
As for the actual duct cleaning, Clodoaldo was very professional and also provided good advice for future duct and appliances maintanace.

He is very thorough and professional! He always takes the time to explain the products and walks you through every step! He is strictly in this for customer satisfaction and not making sales!!

If I had to make one negative comment is to the company, customer loyalty wasnt really considered and I was not provided with a discount when I called to book my appointment but I didnt care as long as I got CACO doing the service for us!
