Horrible Company : Avoid at all costs

I called first thing Monday to order a FTA starter kit that should include receiver, LNB, dish and cable/connectors/ties etc. First thing was receiver shown in kit was not available so they swapped in another. Website and man I spoke with said 48 hours for store pickup. Called at 48 hours and the guy was totally disinterested stating the kit was being put together. At 3 days same thing and on the forth day I got a woman who seemed to give a crap and made a few calls and said it would be ready Friday. Called Friday at 2:30 and not ready so I pushed hard and she said come at 4:30 to the store. Drove 79 km to the store for 4:30 and the place is a torn down disaster inside and nobody was there. I called her and she drove over and proceeded to pull the kit together. Dish was new, LNB was used and the receiver was not flashed/updated as promised so it thinks it is in China and only Asia Pacific satellites programmed. It even has a Chinese power plug on it.

They did not have the installation kit and the woman gave me a chunk of used coax. Lucky it is not my first dish rodeo and I was able to find some forums that helped set the box up to Galaxy 19 (which I told them I was using when I
ordered and they said it would be updated to that) and six hours later it is up and running. This place is a junk shop with terrible support and zero interest so try to find what you need someplace else unless you want to suffer or you are a techie as I am and have experience. Dr. Sat needs to see a new Doctor
