Preparing our house for market we hired Sam and Steve to do some drywall crack repairs and then paint the rooms. They promised to have the work done within a specified time frame and worked late hours to meet the deadline. We are happy with the job and price and would hire them again.

My project including painting, custom cupboards, mounting a tv and other miscellaneous home improvement items. I could not be more happy with the work quality - the new cupboards match exactly with the existing ones and everything was done with care and looks great. Samantha & Steve were professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend their services to anyone and will definitely use them again for future projects.

We engaged Steve to redo our basement and the quality, responsiveness and cleanliness was incredible. Steve and his team came up with great cost effective ideas and worked diligently and the end result was beautiful . They installed an office bedroom laundry room and full bath with heated floors. We took on a main floor renovation in 2022 with Arclight that included complete demolition, removal and building of walls, all finishing details. Steve is a meticulous, thorough and talented contractor. His expertise and advice through the process was immeasurable. Samantha runs the project efficiently always keeping budget in mind with a smile and a solution when things pop up (which they always do). They work exclusively with exceptional sub trades for plumbing, electrical and HVAC. The attention to detail, quality of work is awesome. We are very happy with the end result. Thank you!

I did a ton of research before selecting a contractor to do our first floor reno (kitchen, flooring, powder room). I interviewed 5 contractors. I got a great vibe from Ben when he came to do the estimate. The quote came in a timely manor and was comprehensive and easy to understand. Some other quotes were super vague and I couldn’t what was actually included. I am so happy we chose Ben and his team. Andrew is an amazing contractor and is so hardworking. I’ve heard horror stories of contractors taking forever and not showing up for days. Andrew was there everyday and worked his butt off with his team. I have two small children but we were able to still live in the house during the Reno. The whole job was completed in about 5 weeks. We are so thrilled with the work and would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

Ben, Steve and their crew did a remarkable job for us. We had major water damage in a classroom of our historical building. What started as a simple baseboard project turned into a complicated room reconstruction. The crew wasted no time in seeing the problems and providing a solution. They were extremely organized and kept the site very clean, demonstrated good work ethic and kept communication clear and concise. The quality of their work is of very high standard and they are very skilled in their craft. Would absolutely recommend Arclight and would work with them again for large and small scale projects!

Arclight was amazing, we had a living room slop on the floor, we call Arclight and we had the slop fixed very quickly and we are very happy.

We had to get the fences on both sides due to winter damage, so we also had our deck replaced as it had started to rot in a few places. The work involved removal of both the fences and deck and shelter on the deck and the current walkway. They put in new fence and deck posts, built the fence and installed a new deck using the Trex system with railings and 2 sets of steps. Our yard was primarily clay so this was a tough and tedious job to complete. Througout this initial work and the damage to the yard that we had (we didn’t have much yard grass when they started the work) so we leveled the yard removed the old shed and had new soil layer, fresh sod and a new shed installed. They did a tremendous job and were great to work with. They always stayed in touch and communicated with us if there was any issues to sort out any issues quickly to keep things moving along. Thank you Ben, Steve, Desiree and Richard for doing a great job and giving us fantastic new backyard to enjoy.

Ben, Andrew and their crew did a fantastic job for us. This was a complicated project to remedy a badly built retaining wall and regrade a large parking area, requiring ingenuity and expertise to revise the project as it went along. The response to scope changes was always fair. They kept a well organized worksite, working with a small team with a good work ethic and clear client communication. The work was done to a very high standard. Would absolutely recommend Arclight and would work with them again!
