Arclight provided us with peace of mind by repairing our water damaged balcony and garage, and by transforming our high-maintenance home into a low maintenance beautiful one! The work consisted of replacing our wood siding with engineered wood siding (KWP Naturetech Prestige Granite Rustic colour, no painting required!), front porch and balcony redesign/reconstruction with composite flooring (no sanding/staining required!), and 25 year old upper floor windows replaced (including a sliding glass door replaced with a new window, associated wall constructed, and room painted). Everyone we worked with at Arclight and who Arclight contracted for siding and windows was extremely professional, polite and trustworthy. Arclight set our expectations that there may be things that come up after removing walls, etc. that could incur extra costs due to structural damage or mold, as a result of the water damage. In our case there weren't any structural or mold issues but it was great to know that Arclight had the expertise to determine if there were any safety or health issues to address. We also appreciated Arclight proposing options that enhanced the usability and durability of certain items and added only minimal costs (such as the joist design for the front porch, back lower window frame capping, and porch post replacement). The project was kept on track and we were informed what the plan was for each week or day. It's so nice to be able to sit back and enjoy our home now. The end result was more than we could have hoped for. We highly recommend Arclight for any home renovation/construction work!

We worked with Ben and Steve on a front walkway and porch project this month (June 2018) and we are very happy with the service and finished product. Ben was very helpful during the Sales process and kept us routinely updated on their progress and of any issues that arose during the install. Steve was also great and keeping communication open with me. Overall we are very satisfied with the finished product, we think it looks great and can tell the install team was thorough. I would definitely recommend Ben, Steve and the Arclight team to anyone looking to complete a similar project.

It was an extremely good experience to work with Ben, Andrew and their teammates. In addition to reasonable quote, they also demonstrated professionalism in various aspects: 1) focus on details and ensure the quality of job; 2) communicate on timely basis throughout the whole project; 3) stick to the timeline as per the contract; 4) completely clean up the site after completion of the job. Just moved into a townhouse in January. As space is limited in townhouses, we need to make the most out of the space we have. The basement isn't large, but previous owners had reduced it to nothing more than a laundry and storage space with obvious signs of DIY hackery all over. We received estimates from several contractors to improve the space, but we decided to work with Arclight as they were the only ones to point out the safety issues that existed as a result of previous mistakes. The guys at Arclight were amazing to work with. They were open and honest about all of the work they were doing, ensured that the pathway between the front door and the basement remained clean and protected throughout the project, and made recommendations and improvements to problems that weren't immediately obvious to us at the beginning. They made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Now we have a beautiful and bright basement that functions as a home office by day, and an area where the kids can play when I'm not working. Piping and venting that was left exposed by previous owners were elegantly covered up, and the laundry and storage areas are now completely enclosed and unnoticeable when they aren't being used. A once wasted space is now a very productive space. We're so pleased that we've already started another project with Arclight on the main floor of the house.

Arclight did an amazing job on our backyard. My backyard was transformed into a cottage in the city . Andrew,Ben and everyone involved in this project were great to work with. They had creative ideas and were open to suggestions as well. I felt this project was truly a team effort. I would highly recommend Arclight construction .

These guys were professional and fast. They were very thorough and ensured my understanding of the whole process before and during their time working with us. We hit a few delays in the project due to unforeseen circumstances to do with the age of our home, but they guys kept us informed along the way and ensured we knew our options before we made a decision. Fantastic work! Very professional using great quality materials. They completed the job within the expected time and budget. They also gave us good advice on how the pergola and the design would look better and it actually looked amazing.
