Apricot Renovations were excellent contractors. The renovations needed to be completed within two weeks and the initial work, plus some substantial additions to the scope of work on our part, were completed on time. The work was professional and well done. Hovig had excellent suggestions as to how to approach the usual challenges renovating an old house. The Apricot team was extremely respectful and easy to work with. They took great care in their work, including protecting our furniture and cleaning up when finished in a particular space. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending Apricot for any home renovation projects.

We needed custom paint job using special metallic paint. We had five painters visit the property to provide solution and quote. Only APRICOT was able to suggest the best solution and explained clearly the process and expected results.

We are glad we gave the job to Apricot. They di an amazing work and the room looks exquisite with antique metallic gold trims. Every one of our friends that saw the paint job were very impressed.

Hovig was great. Full estimate before the job started and kept to it. Job was finished on time even though we asked for more work to be done.

Hovig and the Apricot Painting & Renovation staff were very professional and were great to work with. They were always on time and finished the job when they promised. Their work was excellent and cleaned up after the job was finished. I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them if need any work done.

Hovig was very professional, efficient, patient and knowledgeable. He provided recommendations and suggestions for repairs and took initiative to make sure we were satisfied with the work.

We had to get our house painted, inside and outside, on a very tight timeline, in order to get it ready to list for sale. This was a very stressful time and Varya and Hovig provided excellent service, were flexible and really easy to work with.

We asked to remove Popcorn ceiling in all the rooms and paint whole apartment walls, doors, casings baseboards, kitchen cabinets. Hovig and his guys were very professional, punctual. Hovig put time to skim and even the ceiling after sanded and then painted.
All the kitchen cabinet doors were taken out painted and reinstalled. Very detailed and quality job done.

From very beginning to end of project Varya was communicating with us making sure everything is going smoothly and efficiently.

Every day after the job was done whole job place was cleaned properly.

Except painting I asked to do some other things ( installation of TV stand, changing pot lights, hanging pictures and mirrors).
