I was impressed by the personal service from the owners of Moverunner, from the initial visit and assessment, to the follow up phone calls.
The movers arrived promptly and quickly started to protect my furniture and move things out. My belongings arrived safely to my new home. The crew were curteous and respectful. I would highly recommend this company.

A hassle free move starting with the packers, who packed EVERYTHING down to the day I moved. Movers were on time, very cooperative, and polite. All my several questions were answered with no problem. I certainly would recommend them, thanks to the Thortons.

Working with Ann and Michael was an absolute dream. The two biggest concerns for anyone moving is associated to the variable cost of the move and the professionalism of the movers and limited damage. Michael came and provided me with a fixed quote after conducting an in-person review of all the furniture/boxes and the price never fluctuated. The day before the move, I got a phone call to ensure everything was ont track. The movers came, disassembled the pieces that needed disassembly and packed everything into their truck and moved everything into storage. The day they had to move everything back in, I just waited for them at my house and after they arrived, I just pointed them in the right direction to move everything. They moved 2 marble desks and a marble dining table without a scratch which was impressive! I think what differentiated the experience the most for me was their human touch. There were many check-ins from Ann and the movers to keep me up to date with the timing and delivery. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs to move within GTA!

Not impressed with the experience. The movers scratched, scuffed and gouged my walls moving out, slid boxes across my hardwood floors, somersaulted boxes down the stairs, dropped many files all over the floor from a filing cabinet, broke many small things and left their garbage, coffee cups and cigarette butts in my planters outside. Very disappointed and unprofessional service.

Cant recommend this company enough!! They were FANTASTIC! We moved with a 9 month old baby and somehow it seemed easy thanks to Anne and Michaels team! Our house was packed in a day and a half, everything was labeled in detail and its been easy for me to navigate unpacking. We had so many breakable items and theyre all perfectly intact. Their team puts extra care into wrapping and it makes all the difference.

The movers were really nice guys, super speedy and very careful! Feed your movers! They work HARD! all of our furniture was perfectly placed and no paint was chipped in the process!

Dont bother looking for other quotes. You will truly not find anyone better, and their prices cant be beat!!!!

Hi Michael and Ann, I want to thank You for sending Robin and Sue and their packing team for a great job. Everything arrived safely. Our moving crew headed by Moe were so well organized and moved our furniture with great care. It was an extremely hot day and they all managed to get through it with courtesy and good humour. Moving during COVID was proving to be a difficult task, not only because of the restrictions, but particularly challenging when it required multiple steps to both remove and deliver a mixture of furniture, belongings, and boxes, to and from multiple locations.

After searching for various quotes and flexible dates, the only company that was willing to assist us without surcharges was Moverunner Ltd. As a bonus, we were provided with personnel who were attentive to details, swift, and professional. Many thanks to Abraham, Brian, and Mo for their help. A huge shout out to Ann who was so helpful, calming, and understanding throughout the process. I cannot thank them enough! I recommend them and will definitely employ them again!

We have used Moverunner on several occasions over the past 15 years, both for myself and other family members. Ann and her team were great each time- the crews were professional and very careful. Estimates were accurate and moving costs very fair. I would definitely recommend Moverunner to family and friends.

My move went so smoothly. I'll admit that I was scared to move during covid but I had to. The guys were super professional and they were wearing masks the whole time. I can't even imagine having to move furniture up and down stairs while wearing a mask.

This is not the first time we use this great company, once again we are happy as return customers. Our previous move was from Mississauga to Stoney Creek with my parents in care.
