They missed a slow leak inside a wall at inspection time. I was shocked from amount of water and mold I found after removed the drywall. That costed me a lot to fix everything. Unfortunately I found that too late, after 90 days of "warranty period". I would not have bought this house if I knew about this problem in advance. Absolutely useless inspection. Paid for nothing.
