Awful cleaning service - don't waste your money

A truly awful experience with this company. The cleaners are rushed and management is truly clueless when it comes to customer service.

I was pleased with the very first clean but every clean that followed was awful. Surfaces were not dusted, floors were not cleaned or mopped, bathrooms were cleaned superficially with dirt and grim still present in the sink and tubs, mirrors were merely wiped with a cloth smudging any marks instead of removing them. The house was just as dirty when I got home after a cleaning!

On one occasion the cleaner didn't even show up as scheduled and no one even called me about it. However, before every clean I would get an automated email advising if I missed a clean I would be charged a fee. I called the company regarding this missed appointment and apparently they knew about it but no one thought to inform me. Totally unacceptable.

The last clean was with a new cleaner and she left after only a couple of hours. I advised her that someone would be home in a couple of hours but she left well before anyone got there and didn't lock up our house. I was so surprised that she did not call me but just left our house completely unlocked. This is completely unacceptable to me.

On the last clean she left a checklist of all the services she apparently cleaned but half the items were not done even though she checked them off. What a joke!

The company charges you a flat fee per clean. On the initial clean it was 6 hours to clean the house at a charge of $220. With each subsequent clean it was taking the cleaner 3 hours max to clean the exact same house yet I was being charged the same amount.

Be warned that this company is run VERY poorly and the cleaning staff are rushed to do the bare minimum and get out.

I spoke with management regarding my issues and all I was told was that she was sorry and if I would give them another shot. This was pretty frustrating as she heard about my experiences which she agreed were awful but she wanted me to pay another flat fee of $220 for a 3 hour clean which is not sufficient for a house of my size. I was not offered a reimbursement for rushed cleaning which I feel is appropriate.

Thank you for your review. Looking back through things. You were a client of ours for several cleans, and the only feedback we ever received from you was that your cleaning was great. I am confused as to why we were never informed that your house "was just as dirty when you got home" and instead told us the cleaning was great?

We take complaints and concerns from our clients very seriously. If you had let us know that you had any issues with your service, we would have gladly rectified this, but this was never communicated to us. We are unable to fix things we don't know about.

We have never been at your house "for just a couple of hours", that statement is untrue. Our staff are not rushed to do anything in any amount of time, that is also untrue. We base our cleans on a list of tasks that we perform each time regardless of time. If you needed different or more tasks done, that could have been arranged with some communication, as every client has different needs.

We also offered to send someone immediately back to rectify this final clean you had concerns with, and redo anything not to your standards, despite the fact that you didn't call us for several days to bring up the issue from your last clean. You declined our offer to fix things.

We stand by our work, and are always happy to fix any issues our clients have. We definitely make mistakes, and are more than happy to make things right if and when we have messed up. It's very important to us that our clients are happy. We are sorry you had a negative experience, we would still be happy to come by and resolve any issues you had with your clean.
