Olimpiu was the one who asked the most question and made the most suggestions during the original visit. He provided a written estimate within 2 days as promised. Of the several contractors bidding on the project, his was the only one providing a detailed breakdown of what he was going to do, what i was supposed to do, what was not covered & a price. Though the initial timeline was for starting in 2 wks, because i was experiencing a water leak from behind the bathroom wall on the 2nd floor down to the basement, he adjusted his schedule & started in a couple of days. Turned out it was the old main drain necessitating the opening of the wall on all floors to remove it & install a new one. He did this in 1 day minimizing the damage. The rest of the renovation went ahead without a hitch. He and his assistant put in full days & work very diligently & professionally. His work product is without any failings & looks marvellous. His quote was not the cheapest but i have no regret as things progressed as planned & never had cause to worry or question what was being done. I have no reservation in recommending him. He personally does most of the work & oversees his assistant which guarantees high quality.

Olympiu did a complete bathroom renovation, starting with a full strip-out, including rewiring, new plumbing, new fixtures, new tile and painting. Everything was done with great care and attention and the finished product was simply outstanding. The work was done on schedule, at the cost quoted and without a single problem or issue. We were impressed
with the quality and workmanship of every aspect of the renovation and would strongly recommend Olympiu to friends and family.

This work was to do a total renovation of the 2nd floor bathroom. This meant remove all the tiles from the floor and walls, plus the bathtub and vanity. After removing it all, Renomar fixed the existing issues with the water pipes and the existing electricity wires. Plus 2 walls had the drywall replaced and the insulation updated. With that, three type of tiles were installed: floor, shower stall, and walls from floor to ceiling. After that pot lights and the new light fixture above the sink got installed. All this was done by Renomar which did it on time and on budget. Olimpiu was very attentive to details and always asked our feedback prior to start any main task on the project. I have already referred Renomar to friends and family and we definitely will contact Renomar for the future renovations we are already planning.

I would highly recommend this Renomar inc for your next project. They were very knowledgeable and friendly during the appraisal process . The work started the day they promised, and most important, finished in time. All the garbage was removed each day. The work quality is amazing.
